The MMX baffled sump for BMW N55 engines is a bolt-in upgrade designed to prevent oil starvation during hard braking and high-G driving. By controlling oil movement inside the sump, it helps maintain stable oil pressure and protects the engine from lubrication-related damage.
Manufactured from T6061 aluminum and equipped with 7 one-way oil control flaps, this baffled design has been proven through extensive road and track testing.
